Hi!  My name is Cristi Page and I am a licensed massage therapist (CT Lic #6807). I studied at CT Center for Massage Therapy in Newington, CT and have been practicing since October of 2011.  I opened my practice in 2013 and have loved every minute of it!

Many may be surprised to learn that I had never actually experienced a massage before enrolling in massage school. Having just gone through a life-changing event, I needed to try something new.  My life was forever changed by this decision.  I expected to learn the anatomy and physiology of the human body, but the personal growth I received was more than I could have ever imagined. I could now help people on another level - pain management and relaxation. The assessment of client goals and the formulation of treatment plans help them achieve those goals, whether they are decreasing pain, increasing activities of daily living, relaxation, or increasing range of motion and flexibility. However, I specialize in hip mobility and low back pain management.

It is a humbling and fulfilling feeling as I walk away from each session and can feel the relief I have been able to gift to someone.  Knowing that I can do something that can make others feel better and helps them to live a pain free life, makes my career in Massage Therapy that much more rewarding!  I can accommodate most specific needs of each individual client and can easily customize a session. Increasing the overall quality of my clients’ lives is a great success to me and I take pride in the work I do.

In 2020 I felt called to become a certified Holistic Life Coach. Through life lessons in both personal and professional growth, I have developed a deep understanding and appreciation for the power of holistic healing. I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential. I believe that holistic life coaching is a meaningful way to share my knowledge and experience with others. I am excited to share my passion and to help others create positive change in their lives. I am passionate about holistic life coaching, and I am confident that I can help others reach their goals.
