Reiki is an ancient energy healing modality that can be hands on or off. It is done while the client lays fully clothed. The practitioner scans the body and lets the healing Reiki energy flow from their hands. Benefits of Reiki include relief from chronic pain, reduced tension and anxiety, clearing and balancing of Chakras, emotional healing, increased energy levels and increased mental clarity. Reiki is used all over the world and even in US hospitals in conjunction with medical treatment!
In May of 2024, I became certified in Reiki energy. To heal people on a deeper level, I wanted to work energetically providing balance on all levels. I wanted to help my clients find inner peace, clarity and balance in their lives. I also wanted to help them to empower themselves and become their own healers. I knew that Reiki was the perfect way for me to do this. I felt a sense of purpose and fulfillment by being able to share Reiki with others. I felt even more connected to my spiritual side and my life felt more balanced. I am truly blessed to have found Reiki!
